Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential B2B clients and industry trends.
  • Assist in generating leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach.
  • Help in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, or social media to introduce the company and its services.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with lead information and sales activities.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and connect with potential clients.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies and approaches.
  • Actively engage in training sessions and mentorship opportunities to develop skills in sales and business development.


Qualifications

  • Currently in 4th grade or fresh-graduated, with a strong interest in related fields.
  •  Eagerness to explore and learn about Business Development and sales.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, especially in busy situations.
  •  Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with others.
