We are looking for experienced Community Manager to create a valuable and inclusive experience for community members. You should be able to act as the face and voice of our brands and manage all community communications channels including Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Medium, Youtube and Reddit.
What We'll do together:
- Manage and maintain community channels and social media accounts.
- Engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote initiatives.
- Cooperate with customer support and core users to collect and react to players’ feedback in a timely manner.
- Develop effective marketing and brand communication strategy and ultimately expand our digital footprint and brand awareness.
- Work collaboratively with related departments and create the daily content strategy for the game.
- Work with the graphic designer and marketing artist to generate suitable visual contents for social media accounts and community channels.
- Provide competitive management by analyzing other companies and producing contents accordingly.
