What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate- Sales Support (EV Charger) to join our team at WAT Mobility Company.

• Carrying out all operational installation activities according to customer satisfaction,
• Meeting customer expectations in the best way possible,
• Having one-on-one meetings with the customer in all processes from discovery to installation,
• Tracking and managing charging station requests from individual customers,
• Communicating the exploration results and infrastructure cost to the customer,
• Ensuring that discovery and installation plans are made between the customer and the 3rd party,
• Providing high quality products and services,
• Working in coordination with the Sales, Field Operations and Financial Affairs team,
• Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly order reporting.

The position is located in Çayırova/İstanbul. Hybrid working model is available.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related fields,
• 3+ years of professional experience in order management,
• Improved coordination ability and communication skills,
• Experienced in planning, process management and reporting,
• Being able to work in an entrepreneurial environment independently and collaborate with colleagues effectively,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Being eager to learn and develop yourself,
• High customer orientation,
• Having a tendency of teamwork,
• Curious about researching and keen on a long learning process,
• ERP experience is preferred,
• Having high responsibility and working discipline,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
