What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Project Assistant – HR who will join our team at Wat Motor Company – Human Resources Team.
- Supporting the execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, from monitoring the HC budget to using assessment tools and conducting exit interviews,
- Analyzing and tracking processes in line with recruitment strategy and metrics,
- Carrying out preboarding, onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes within the scope of company policy,
- Taking part in HR projects.
The position is located in Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ. Remote hybrid working model is available.

- Senior student or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field,
- Having a career plan in the field of attracting & selecting talent and experienced in this field,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
