What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - Industrial Engineering who will join our team at the Production & Supplier Development Tribe Tech.

• Performing bottleneck and line balancing analyzes
• Carrying out the adaptation studies of the operations to the production tempo
• Define standard worker quantity according to tempo and processes
• Monthly and yearly capacity planning according to demands
• Making production revisions (worker/hour, equipment, shift) according to changing demands
• Performing studies aiming to increase the capacity and productivity
• Adopting new production technologies to operations
• Reports directly to Product Owner

The position is located in Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ. Hybrid working model is available.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Having knowledge of industrial engineering simulation programs
• Take an active role in Industrial Engineering projects, preferably in the production area
• Performed projects on bottleneck and line balancing analysis
• Adaptation of operations to production tempo
• Adoption of new production technologies into operations
• Carried out studies to increase capacity and efficiency
• Being able to carry out projects for the adoption of new production technologies into operations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies
• Outside the box thinking ability
• Open to innovation culture
• Flexible and open to new perspectives
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
• Knowing what empathy really means
• Being open to communication.
