What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer-MS D365 Solution Partner candidate to join our team IT & Digitalization COE - WAT Motor Company.

• Collaborate with IT team to determine the scope and expectations of the project,
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects and iys KPIs,
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field,
• Perform overall control of the work and report regularly on project status,
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

The position is located in Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ. Hybrid working model is available.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Senior student or bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics or other related fields,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Being familiar with MS D365 modules,
• Good knowledge of MS Azure DevOps Boards and Excel with reporting and analysis tools,
• Produced a successful project with the team in at least one critical project,
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies,
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects,
• Have a project management and supervision skills
• Have an analytical perspective and result-oriented,
• Disciplined, tidy, fast and analytical working skill,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Being open to communication.
