What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer – Production Planning join our team at Demand & Supply Tribe, WAT Motor Company.

• Analyse customer orders and and understand customer needs
• Track production plan compliance and inform related stakeholders for problems
• Follow inventory levels (finished and semi finished goods) according to business targets, prepare stock level reports and action plans for optimizing stock levels if necessary
• Meet customer demand needs at right time at right quantity by tracking production plan & delivery plan execution
• Supporting supply processes according to actual/changing production needs
• Carry out projects to improve production planning and compliance processes
• Work in collaboration with other departments in new model projects, quality improvement projects, cost reduction projects etc.

The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy. Hybrid working model is available.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Senior Student or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematical Engineering
• Working or internship experience in relevant industries is a plus
• SAP ERP experience is preferred
• Competent in analysis and solution development
• Ability to work with big data and statistical data analysis such as forecast methods preferred
• Good knowledge of Excel, with good command of reporting and analysis tools
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment independently and collaborate with colleagues effectively
• Eager to learn and develop yourself
• Having a tendency of teamwork
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies
• Outside the box thinking ability
