- Following up technical/official operational process, production and planning of all current and coming projects,
- Responsible for the deliverables assigned to all energy projects and tracking the plan executed on time,
- Reporting the energy operations status to the Chief Energy Officer, actively adds / updates issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress / status,
- Analyzing & monitoring key targets at each quarter; tracking deviations from baseline throughout the projects,
- Providing customer & subcontractor & supplier orientations and providing effective solutions to technical inquiries,
- Communicating to the official institutions and reporting the outputs when its necessary.

- Bachelor's or master’s degree preferably in mechanical or electrical/electronics engineering,
- At least 3 years of operations experience in the thermal power plants,
- Financial and operational analysis experience,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Advanced user of MS Office applications,
- PMP certification is a plus,
- Result-oriented and have analytical and critical thinking,
- No restriction for traveling,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
