Join We Power: Empowering Women in Engineering and Sales
As a leading manufacturer of home appliances and solutions, we are proud to celebrate the fourth year of We Power, our long-term internship program dedicated to empowering women by providing opportunities in the engineering and sales fields. Through this program, we are actively working to create a more inclusive workplace by increasing female representation in departments where women are traditionally underrepresented.
Our commitment to gender equality has been recognized with the Women's Friendly Company Awareness Award, and we continue to build on this success by developing talented women in key business areas.
Eligibility:
We’re looking for driven and passionate female students ready to make a difference in engineering or sales. If this sounds like you, here’s what we’re looking for:
- You’re a bachelor's, master’s, or doctorate student, and you’re excited to explore opportunities in engineering or sales.
- You can commit to working at least 3 days a week.
- You’re an independent thinker who’s proactive and ready to tackle challenges with a focus on innovation, agility, leadership, and collaboration.
- You love working in diverse, international teams and are eager to grow in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- You’re flexible and open to working either in İstanbul, our factory in Çerkezköy (Tekirdağ), or our Field Offices in Ankara or İzmir.

Your Responsibilities
Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as:
- Thinking out of the box, and in some cases, even demolishing the box,
- Seeking to learn, develop and change,
- Pioneering digitalization and technology,

- Bring your youthful spirit and innovative ideas to your work.
