The SandoZGeneration Management Trainee Program is for recently graduated professionals who are willing to start their career in global, well-rounded, and intellectually challenging environment.

How does the program work?

• You will begin your journey at Sandoz by rotating in different positions starting with Field Sales, and even different divisions, for a total of 18 months. (Ideally three phases of 6 months each)
• After your rotations, you will be transitioned into a permanent position in your area of talents and motivation in Headquarter or Field.

What we are looking for;

If you have;

• Fresh Graduates with BA Degree or Masters Degree/MBA
• Fluency in English
• MS Office Proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate to learn and eager to take initiative
