The Tiryaki Future Execution Leaders Program is geared towards developing individuals as future leaders in commercial aspects of the business. This program lasts for 3 to 4 years and offers rotational opportunities focusing on different sub-functions within our commercial units. The Tiryaki Future Execution Leaders Program Members will have qualified rotation between all departments.

The criteria we are looking for to start this adventure with us are;

• New graduated and young professionals with 0-2 years of experience,

• Be able to work full time in office

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university,

• Has an interest in Research and Development, Business Development, Foreign Trade, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technologies, Legal, Quality, and Supply Chain departments or wants to improve yourself in these fields.

• Fluent in English - additional foreign languages could be an asset,

• Be able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level,

• Open to development and learning,

• Strong communication and presentation skills and prone to teamwork,

• Analytical / data-driven, practical and solution-oriented,

• Be attentive to details,

• Be able to keep up with an intense and dynamic work pace.

The program will be start in the first week of July.
