We are a newly found design agency, Mold Studio, that wants to change the world into a happier, wealthier, and more fun place! To do so, our priority is to create a workplace where people are happy and have work-life balance. That's why we are looking to hire cool and special people to create a great and collaborative team. 

We aspire to give product design services to international clients, as well as to the NGOs who support the world to become a better place. We work with companies/agencies who are innovative, disruptive and have a knack for minimalistic design. 

We value people over results. That is why we provide 1-1 mentorship, iterative feedback loops, "I'm not feeling OK" day-off. You can be an early member of an international, women-led, diversity-friendly, remote-friendly design agency. 

Our vision (goal) is to create products, podcasts, and an engaged community in the long run. We aim to provide company retreats, therapy, sports, and massage perks in the future. The future is here!

We give priority to our friends who were affected in the earthquake that took place on Feb 6, 2023.
